Festive Bites & Delights
A charity event in support of Waterwise, featuring festive food stalls, Christmas cakes and decorations for sale, silent auction, live music and more. Organised by Bayleys and Devonport Rotary.

Toy Library at Devonport Community House
Hundreds of quality toys to try out or borrow, for kids aged up to six years old.

Volcanic Vinyl Pop-Up Record Store
New and used LPs for sale across most genres including funk, soul, punk, blues, rock, electronica, metal, reggae and hip hop, all in the convivial surroundings of Tiny Triumphs.

Weekly Kōrero and Kemu
Practise beginner-level Māori language in a fun and relaxing environment. Or learn more te reo through playing card and board games. Drinks and games provided. Free of charge. Haere mai | all welcome.

Devonport Navy Museum
Visit the Torpedo Bay Navy Museum for a look into New Zealand’s naval history. The Tides of Change exhibition, part of the 2025 Auckland Festival of Photography, is displayed in the atrium. Instrumental to Defence, the history of the Royal New Zealand Navy Band, is on display in the Foyer Gallery.
When: Saturday and Sunday, 10am–5pm.

Devonport Museum
The museum has many fascinating displays showing local natural, geological and human history, along with memorabilia relating to schools, transport, early settlers and families, and a collection of historical photographs.

On at The Vic This Weekend
Nuremberg — Advance Screenings. The Allies need to ensure the Nazi regime answers for the unveiled horrors of the Holocaust. Meanwhile, a US Army psychiatrist is locked in a dramatic psychological duel with former Reichsmarschall Herman Göring. Tickets here.

Friday Night Live at Harmony Hall

Michael Steiner at The Rose Centre

Uncorked at Satellite2
This is the first solo show for Takapuna artist Nikki Kelly. Her paintings begin on the canvas as abstract bursts of colour, and are then punctuated by familiar subjects and figurative shapes, applied with rollers, scrapers and sponges. Read the story in the 21 November Flagstaff.

Time Well Spent: at Depot 3 Vic Road
Belmont artist Anna Victoria uses software tool PowerPoint to painstakingly recreate the facades of local buildings and landmarks as graphic depictions, inviting us to reflect on the memories and stories these places hold. Read the story in the 21 November Flagstaff.

The Moon Looked at Me Funny: Depot Artspace
Faces, bodies, and strange creatures emerge from fabric in Sarah Cowie’s exhibition The Moon Looked at Me Funny. The artist uses puppetry and fabric sculpture with digital photography and videography to activate puppet creatures inhabiting lush fabric worlds.
When: Friday and Saturday, 10am–4pm.

Creating Devonport at the Rose Centre Art Spot
Sarah-Jane Smith has been portraying the charm and energy of Devonport for more than a decade. Her paintings celebrate the vibrant connection between people, place and nature — each piece telling a story of community and everyday life.

North Shore Cricket Club
In round two of the Jeff Crowe one-day premier men’s competition, Shore visit Hibiscus Coast Cricket Club, having lost their opening round match by four wickets against Takapuna last weekend. The premier reserve men take on Howick Pakuranga at Devonport Domain.
The premier women are not playing this weekend, but have two rounds to get through next weekend.

Twilight Bowls at Belmont Park Bowling Club
