General Events

Food truck night

Enjoy a wide array of culinary experiences from the food trucks at Woodall Park this Saturday. Churros, vegan food, french fries, rice bowls, burgers and more will be available along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from the pop-up bar. 

When: Saturday, 4pm onwards.

Crafternoon at Devonport Library 

Bring the kids to Devonport Library this Saturday to listen to a story and then create something they can take home out of recycled materials. 

When: Saturday, 2.30-3.30pm.

Where: 2 Victoria Rd. 


Devonport Market 

Spend your Saturday browsing the stalls as there’s something for everyone: homeware, crafts, boutique items and more.

When: Saturday, 9am-2pm. 

Where: Victoria Wharf and inside the Devonport Ferry Terminal.  


Torpedo Bay Navy Museum

Visit the Navy Museum at Torpedo Bay, with its extensive collection of photos, artifacts, medals and more, for a look into New Zealand’s maritime history. 

When: Saturday and Sunday, 10am-5pm.
Where: 64 King Edward Pde.


Devonport Museum

Devonport Museum has many fascinating displays showing local natural, geological and human history. See its memorabilia of Devonport schools, transport, early settlers and families, along with Devonport Borough Council scrapbooks and a historic photograph collection. 

When: 2-4pm, Saturday and Sunday.
Where: 33 Vauxhall Rd.

The Patriot 

Get ready for an unforgettable evening of great music, amazing vocals, and an energetic atmosphere when Ed Jackson plays The Patriot tonight 

When: Friday, from 6pm.

The Kestrel

Singer-songwriter Jarni Blair brings his lively and bright original songs and acoustic covers of classics to the wharf this Sunday.

North Shore Cricket Club 

North Shore will look to build on last week’s Jeff Crowe Cup (50 over) win against Takapuna when they take on Parnell in the same competition this Saturday.
