A pack of real characters: Colourful costumes aplenty as Vauxhall School turns up the volumes

Vauxhall School students and staff turned up in costume as their favourite characters to wrap up Book Week. Other activities held during the week included a book swap, a book cafe offering hot chocolate and reading time, and visits by authors Vasanti Unka and James Russell.

Furry friends… Hania Divers-Sidor and Matteo Limbach were among Vauxhall School pupils who dressed up for Book Character Day last week. More photos, pages 6-7.

Coupla things… Annie Macdonald and Alba Firth with Cat in the Hat Cairi Kingi-Kita. Below: (from left) Hania Divers-Sidor, Finlay Craigie, Matteo Limbach, Sylvie Dey, Dahlia Cahan, Leo Thijs, Oscar Wilkin and Alia Wu.
